Re-enactment of the famous Oscar Selfie continues…

Ever since this years host, Ellen Degeneres dazzled us with her unconventional yet wonderful performances, it seems like everyone has jumped on the selfie bandwagon. Ever since, the picture hit social media, the critics; celeb bloggers and general fan sites has been imitating the pictures and creating a twist of their own. Expert painter [or should that be Paint user?] Jim’ll Paint It creates images requested by people on his Facebook page using Microsoft Paint. Many of his fans requested this time round that he designs a picture to do with 90’s TV cartoons, hosts and old-fashion celebs. These characters included: Mr. blobby, Cilla Black and the legendary  Jeremy Beadle. Wow, this definitely take me back, It was like only yesterday I was watching shows like Art Attack.

But wait, there’s more!

Even Cartoon legend Matt Groening, creator of The Simpsons made his adaption of the Oscars selfie but with his own humorous twist. Homer posts on twitter (yes, Homer Simpson is on twitter) Revealing that this wasn’t the original and that himself and Bart was taken from the picture. He mentions @HomerJSimpson ‘look out for Bart?’ Ahh, you got to love The Simpsons. Their ridiculous antics never get old.
