 Lily Allen has a little  ‘break-through’ at the NME Awards 2014


British singer, Lilly Allen aka (clumsy) had just recently won ‘Best Solo Artist’ at the prestigious music industry awards ceremony. She came out on top after the likes of David Bowie, Kanye west and even legendary Sir Paul McCartney. A few snaps after the awards, we see that Lovely Lilly wasn’t so pleased with her trophy since she broke the most iconic piece right off! Either that, or she was so overcome with joy that broke it by mistake. The unique-shaped trophy resembles a hand, pointing the middle-finger up. Well, at least she’ll always have the memories.


Rebecca Ferguson ‘collapsed’ during a live performance


Former X factor singer Rebecca Ferguson, was performing her new single ‘All That I’ve Got’ on daytime chat show, loose women when out of the blue, she suddenly fell half way through the song. The producers and band members rushed to the singers aid to ensure she’s alright. It was said what could of caused the singer to collapsed so drastically was the fact that she admittedly mentioned: ‘I haven’t got much sleep or rest in some time’. Several viewers and all-time fans of the 27-year-old, tweeted comforting comments to the star. Later on this afternoon, her name was trending all over social media ‘#RebeccaFerguson‘. She then tweeted back: “I am feeling much better will rest today so sorry to worry everybody I fought through that song but at the end had nothing left love yas xxx,” she wrote.


Dolly Parton is coming to town!..well, Glastonbury in fact

Yes, you read it right folks! The unforgettable Ms Dolly Parton will be paying England a little visit by entering her name in the Glastonbury festival. The country singer surprised her fans on social media of her upcoming plans. She mentioned on twitter that: ” I’m incredibly excited to FINALLY announce that the #BlueSmokeWorldTour is coming to #GlastoFest on June 29th! Stay tuned for more info.”

Now, we don’t know just what the little lady has installed just yet. Whether she’ll be stealing the limelight or just performing as a ‘supporting act’ either way, her fans won’t be disappointed. She’s performed all over the world with her all-time favorites. Such as: ‘Jolene’ and ‘I Will Always Love You’, which was also a huge hit for Whitney Houston.

Emily Eavis, whose father Michael founded the festival in 1970, said: ” We are delighted to say that Dolly is coming to Glastonbury… It really doesn’t get much better than this!”
